Thank you for visiting Results Soft Tissue Therapy. My name is John Russell and I am a level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist based in Milton Keynes.
I studied Soft Tissue Therapy with the OSSM in 2019 and gained a BTEC level 5.
In 2021 I gained a Biomechanics Coach Diploma with Biomechanics Education.
I was a keen runner, competing in events from 5k up to marathons. In 2023 I completed the London Classics, the London Marathon, Ride London 100 mile, and the two mile Swim Serpentine.
Also in 2023 I started competing in Kettlebell lifting. I have competed at two IKMF World Championships representing England. In May 2024 I won a bronze medal.
I also have sat at a computer for my day job, and spent 8 years working in a wood working workshop making sofas and dining chairs, so I am used to a wide range of different aches and pains that one can suffer, through work or sport.
I feel this experience helps me to appreciate and have a greater understanding of my clients needs.

At the start of the first session we will discuss your symptoms, understand the movement patterns that are restricted or cause discomfort and an assessment will take place.
I will work on soft tissue structures that are connected to the symptoms being experienced. The areas worked on will not always be the site of pain, but will always have a connection.
Throughout treatment stretches and movements will be suggested to help recovery.
With an aim to address the areas that are the cause of the symptoms, this will go hand in hand with treatment and will be beneficial post treatment.
Intrinsic Biomechanics Coaching is the analysis and screening of how structures within the body perform while the body moves. Once a full screening has been completed and results gathered, there is a process of exercises to address the findings. With the aim to restore range of movement and alleviate pain and discomfort.
My treatment room is based at Yogamotiv Pilates, Yoga and Wellness Studio, Shenley Church End, Milton Keynes, MK5 6JG.
My treatment room is easily accessible from all areas of Milton Keynes, Buckingham, and the surrounding Villages.
